Impact of people’s behaved on life. Ways to keep ourselves Calm, Happy and Fresh

As there is day after night, similarly, success also comes in life but after struggle. Ups and downs are the part of life but it doesn't mean to punish ourselves by taking serious the talks or bad behaves of people. People are devils, but angels are also in people.
People are taking much stress about daily happenings impacting their jobs, living styles, expenditures, way of enjoyments and many more things. There are the main reasons for this are behavior of people to them, impact of their works, deeds, talks, and  everything going wrong. They lost their ways because they were upset and have no other solution for these problems.  Now the question is how we can relax our minds and make life good? How to enjoy every moment of life? How to keep calm ourselves? Just following are the points by my own personal experience. I had been in many situations when almost I lost my hope and decided to lock myself in the room to get relax. But I didn't find any relaxation in that room. Sometimes I punished myself like pulling my hairs, abusing the bosses or crap people who trapped me in that situation where I was helpless. One day I saw a dream, I saw there a young man facing teasing by others and had no way to get out, suddenly he saw a huge white light and an angel came out from that light and said: “Problems are temporary, you have to live a happy long life.”
So this dream changed me and left a big change in me. From that day I decided to not to hurt myself, or behave anger to others, keep myself calm, will take no stress, enjoy every moment of life because life is so beautiful just start enjoying it, you’ll be happy, relax and cool. This is the worthy truth that, enjoy life till the last breath. Just concentrate on right and don’t forget, you can’t decide what is right without experiencing the bluffs and deceives by others. Right thing is when you worried about anything, watch entertainment shows of your region or movies, listening songs or watching interesting things to change to attention of your mind. Once you did this you’ll find yourself relax, calm and fresh. Now you can decide to choose right and can take right decisions which are beneficial for your life. Just forget the past incidents, misbehaves, hurting stories and whatever. These things don’t deserve to make our life hell, or make us unhappy. We just have to forget these to live happy life having no sorry words for our past, be satisfied with what we have in our hand.
Dreaming is also a good thing change life from one end to other, to make dreams to someone whom you love the most. Your focus of all efforts is on completing of dreams but, nothing gonna be happen easily without doing hard work and also enjoying what are you doing. Without dream, your work is like a car running on endless road. You keep struggling and struggling but no aim/dream means no end. So, after falling from a point first thing is to do make an aim to and work hard to achieve it. As I said problems don’t matter but success maters. Nobody is perfect on this world, but punctuality, happiness, ignoring the bluffs and calmness make a man happy, worthy, healthy, fit and fresh.
In another survey the ratio between the ages of people who take tension of people behave, always shows  depressed and the people who enjoy every moment of is just like 4:7. It means happy living man feels 3 times lighter than depressed person. That’s why enjoying people do work in good, unique, easy and creative way due to fresh mind. Fact is that, a healthy mind can produce best ideas. One thing more depressed people loosing there blood in a great quantity, they waste there power. So never look back what happened, because this’ll never and can’t come back again. Focus on trying to leave painful moments of your life and try to happy others and yourselves also. One thing more don’t jealous from someone, because when we are jealous, it will create hate in us and our attitude become angry. This is not only worst for our health, but can encourage us to do stupid things like fight with someone, abusing or any sort of mad things. So, now you can imagine what the worst thing is jealousy. Try to feel free by helping others or take part in games of any sort of entertainment going on at any place. Either you accept or not, but you’ll feel a rapid change in that events and forget your past for a while. Isn't it good? I think this is good.
Gifts are the other source of relaxing the mind or change the attention if mind. Suppose you are depressed, ring at the door, you opened that door, you see nobody except a bouquet of flowers or a gift present there. For an instance, you’ll wonder and think who sent these and your depression has ended at that time, your focus is on searching that person who made you happy. That’s the real impact of gifts. It makes you happy and fresh. Now again suppose there is a friend at the door shouting to go to watch a movie. Will you make an excuse? I am sure you’ll not do that. This is what I wanted to say. I don’t like when someone is destroying or teasing itself for just an ignorable stupid reason. We are responsible for ourselves.
